Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

Pay: $20-$25 based on exp. And skillset.

Job Description:
Mancan Marietta is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding, metal fabrication, and reading blueprints. This role is responsible for assembling, welding, and fabricating metal components according to specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical schematics
Measure, cut, and prep materials using saws, torches, grinders, and other tools
Inspect finished welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Operate fabrication equipment such as presses, shears, and brakes
Perform basic maintenance on welding and fabrication tools
Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Troubleshoot and correct welding or fabrication issues as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a welder/fabricator required
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
Knowledge of metalworking tools and fabrication equipment
Strong safety awareness and work ethic
Certification in welding is required-must be able to pass 6g Weld Test
