Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to operate robotic and manual MIG weld machines. The ideal candidate will perform welding tasks using various tools, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role involves inspecting work, repairing defective welds, and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic and manual MIG weld machines using various tools.
• Inspect own work for quality using weld and attribute gauges.
• Repair defective welds using carbon air arc process, grinders, and other tools.
• Clear common faults in robotic welding systems.
• Perform mechanical tasks including using lifting devices to move components over 35 lbs.
• Position heavy fabricated metal parts in weld fixtures.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as wire changes and tip/nozzle replacements.
• Follow documented procedures, standard work instructions, routings, and blueprints.
• Conduct process and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG Welding
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with grinders and fabrication
• High School Diploma

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with flux core welding
• Understanding of weld and attribute gauges

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
