Summary

Performs general diagnostic studies safely with some degree of independence. Demonstrates age appropriate care towards all customers.

 

Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer support by demonstrating the Northwest values of Innovation, Compassion, Accountability and Teamwork. Demonstrates empathy and understanding of patient/customer concerns by listening carefully and responding appropriately. Exceed patient/customer needs by anticipating, identifying and responding to such needs promptly and in a caring and courteous manner. Performs x-ray exams following prescribed techniques. Demonstrates the appropriate level of knowledge in all areas of General Radiography to include OR. Evaluates radiographs to assure technical quality. Explains and answers questions concerning radiographic procedures Performs daily checks of radiography equipment and rooms to assure preparedness.

 

Experience: Required: * 1-3 years

Education: Required: * Associate's Degree

Licenses And Certification: Required: * Basic Life Support * Registered Technologist-Radiography
