After-Hours Customer Service Representative - Lehi, UT

As an After-Hours Customer Service Representative , you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly overnight. This position requires problem-solving, quick decision-making, and collaboration with a dynamic team-all while ensuring our customers, carriers, and partners receive the support they need.

Your role:

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Track and trace after-hours and overnight shipments
• Accurately document and report issues that occur overnight
• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new carriers
• Monitor industry platforms to ensure carrier quality and compliance
• Review insurance certificates to confirm required coverage levels
