Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified GM Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining GM vehicles according to manufacturer standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on GM vehicles using approved tools and techniques.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure all work meets GM and dealership standards.
• Use GM software and diagnostic tools for system analysis and updates.
• Document all repairs and services performed in the system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest GM technical service bulletins, tools, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Certified GM Technician credential.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in GM vehicle repair.
• Strong understanding of GM diagnostic software, electronic systems, and repair protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical bulletins.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
