Responsibilities include: Food Safety & Quality Assurance: Lead site-level food safety programs, conduct audits, develop corrective actions, serve as contact for incidents. Allergen Labeling & Risk Management: Implement allergen control systems, train staff, ensure accurate labeling, serve as SME for menu software. Wellness Programming: Support wellness food offerings, collaborate on campaigns, represent nutrition expertise. Training & Team Support: Develop training, mentor team members. Corporate Connections: Collaborate with corporate teams, participate in meetings. Customer Service: Ensure courteous interactions, respond to comments, relay feedback.
