Green Meadows Partners is proud to be leading the search for a Smartsheet Expert on behalf of one of our most prestigious and forward-thinking clients. This is your chance to make a major impact by helping a top-tier project management team build robust, high-visibility systems that drive real results.

What You'll Do:

As the go-to Smartsheet guru , you'll partner with our client’s Project Management team to bring clarity, efficiency, and insight into every milestone. You'll be hands-on with Smartsheet’s most advanced tools and build the systems that keep complex initiatives moving.

Your mission includes:

• Designing, building, and maintaining Blueprints, Metadata Sheets, Intake & Plan Sheets
• Deploying and managing Control Center, Dynamic View, Bridge , and Data Mesh integrations
• Creating custom dashboards, reports , and KPI trackers that tell the story behind the numbers
• Collaborating with PMs to align workflows with big-picture business goals
• Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and Smartsheet training
• Ensuring data integrity and optimizing systems as needs evolve

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Smartsheet Administrator, Developer, or Power User
• Deep expertise with Smartsheet Advance features like Control Center, Bridge, and Dynamic View
• A sharp eye for designing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Strong problem-solving chops and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Confidence working in a project-driven environment with cross-functional teams

Bonus Points For:

• Smartsheet Certifications
• Experience integrating Smartsheet with Power BI, Jira, Salesforce , or similar tools
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, process automation , or data visualization
