Birg Law is a *growing, fast-paced immigration law firm* committed to providing high-quality representation in complex immigration matters. We are seeking an experienced *Immigration Attorney* with a strong background in *EOIR removal defense* and *asylum hearings* to join our dedicated team.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Represent clients before the *Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)*, including individual hearings on asylum and removal defense.
* Develop and execute case strategies for asylum, cancellation of removal, withholding of removal, and related relief.
* Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, and supporting documents for immigration court filings.
* Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings, and provide compassionate, client-centered advocacy.
* Stay up to date on evolving immigration law and policy to provide effective representation.
* Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and contribute to firm growth.

*Required Qualifications*

* *57+ years of EOIR removal defense experience*.
* *Extensive experience in individual asylum hearings*.
* Admitted to the bar and in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
* Strong litigation, oral advocacy, and writing skills.
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision and attention to detail.
* Passion for serving immigrant communities with professionalism and empathy.
