Job Summary: The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all Sizemore, Inc. customers. Maintain a daily operation that provides an office interface/workflow that supports and presents a professional atmosphere. It will be essential that the Security Operations Manager supports and integrates Sizemore's core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork into the daily performance of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality employees to fill the job requirements by properly conducting sufficient recruiting, screening, and testing.

• Provide supervision to employees to ensure that all training requirements are satisfied in accordance with state laws (if applicable).

• Conduct on-site inspections of personnel and performance to ensure that contract compliance is satisfied.

• Responsible for termination of any employees not meeting client/customer requirement for employment.

• Maintain professionalism in self-presentation.

• Assist in weekly payroll and submit to corporate for processing.

• Provide direct supervision to all security supervisors. • Order any PPE, uniforms, and other equipment necessary for employees to perform necessary functions and/or to meet contract specifics.

• Daily review of any security logs and or incident reports.

• Address all Worker Compensation concerns immediately, completing paperwork, follow up, and ensure they are properly taking care of and back to work as quickly as possible.

• Respond and/or attend any unemployment claims or hearings.

• Monitors employee activity at customer location such as attendance and performance. • Schedule and staff all accounts.

• Provide support and assistance to other departments within the organization without compromising the integrity of the position.

• Assist in the development of job descriptions and duties/responsibilities for Sizemore employees as identified or requested by the client/customer.

• Represents Sizemore, Inc. at various professional, academic, and/or civic activities as requested.

• Performs routine office, secretarial, and clerical tasks including maintenance of filing system.

• Must participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled.

• Adhere to all safety requirements of Sizemore.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred, two years of supervisory and customer service experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in security management.

• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.

• Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.

• Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations.

• Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.

• Communicate effectively both verbally and written.

• Must be 21 years of age.

Working Conditions:

• Work will be performed in an environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Must be able to answer company phone 24/7.

• Must travel to customer locations.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to adhere to high attention and mental demands, including the ability to prioritize and process information with accuracy and clarity.
