Job Description
Full-time position, NO WEEKENDS. Our office hours are 10AM to 6PM Monday and Tuesday-Friday 10AM to 5PM.
Optical, customer service and sales experience is a plus, but no previous experience needed, on the job training. Willing and cheerful attitude with good work ethic required.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking-in, answering phones and patient inquiries, pulling authorizations, reviewing patient benefits, selling frames/lenses/eyewear, styling patient in appropriate frame, taking measurements, inputting orders into the computer on a medical records system, filing insurance as needed, dispensing finished glasses and ensuring patient can see well out of them, helping clean and maintain the office as needed.
