We are seeking a skilled legal professional to manage both intellectual property matters and general corporate legal affairs. This role involves leading IP portfolio strategies, handling licensing transactions, and supporting corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the General Counsel and will be located in Baden, Switzerland. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements (license, development, confidentiality, etc.). Work with internal teams and external counsel on IP litigation and disputes. Provide IP legal advice on product development and marketing. Provide legal support for corporate governance, board matters, and compliance issues. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (e.g., supply, service, distribution, JV agreements). Advise on cross-border legal issues and risk management. Support M&A and restructuring transactions as needed. Liaise with external counsel and regulatory agencies. Basic Qualifications Law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction (e.g. Germany, Switzerland, UK etc.). 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in a technology company or law firm. Solid understanding of IP law and experience in portfolio and agreement management. Experience in corporate/commercial law and contract negotiation. Excellent judgment, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluency in English. Mandarin is a plus. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer (EEO).
