This role requires a blend of outside and inside sales skills, with a focus on B2B sales, account management, and lead generation. The Sales Representative will leverage their expertise in technology sales and CRM software to manage client relationships and deliver product demonstrations that highlight our offerings. Pre-set appointments with interested homeowners—no cold calling. Paid training—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed. Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners

Present roofing and siding solutions with confidence and clarity

Close deals and follow up with leads

Generate additional business through referrals and networking

  • Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and assess competitive landscape.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Execute cold calling initiatives to generate new leads and expand territory reach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Upsell additional products or services based on client requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong background in account management, business development, or direct sales.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical concepts.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and performance data.
  • Experience conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
