Shifts are from Wednesday 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm, and Thursday to Saturday 10 am - 10 pm. Hours after 5pm are paid at $24.22/hr.
Adhere to written work instructions for accurate and safe task execution. Utilize necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and promptly report potential safety or quality concerns. Perform accurate quality control checks on incoming materials to maintain high product integrity. Convey materials from receiving areas to storage or designated locations. Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on sequences such as size, temperature, type, style, or product code. Unload materials, verify paperwork, note discrepancies, and distribute items to recipients. Assemble paperwork from customer service representatives and place orders on pallets or designated locations. Mark materials with identifying information and securely and efficiently ship skids. Use computers for inter-company correspondence, download temperature recorder data, and verify temperature control within specifications. Operate forklifts, trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move, store, or retrieve materials while following safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service center by picking up and disposing of trash. Uphold safety and security standards by reporting any irregularities in the service center to management. Be available during holidays or outside regular shifts if needed.
Forklift operation, material handling, RF scanner usage, chemical handling, inventory control, shipping and receiving, reach truck operation. Previous warehouse experience required. Experience with computers, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and MRP systems, is desired.
