Established in 1994 and located in West Reading, Pennsylvania, Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. is a full service telephone answering service that operates 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, offering telemessaging solutions for every and any type of business. Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. currently answers for clients throughout the United States and Canada.
Advantage TeleMessaging, Inc. is currently accepting applications for full-time, bilingual (English/Spanish) answering service agents.
These ARE NOT sales, telemarketing, "make your own hours" or "gig job" positions.
Candidates must be able to work the following schedule:
- 3rd Shift, Full-Time (4 days on, 3 days off):
- 40 Hours Per Week - Flexibility Required
- Thursday: 9p-7a Eastern
- Friday: 9p-7a Eastern
- Saturday: 9p-7a Eastern
- Sunday: 9p-7a Eastern

Qualified applicants MUST:
- Be Fluent In Both English And Spanish
- Have Strong Communications Skills
- Be Customer Service Oriented And Have A Proven Customer Service Background
- Have A Clear, Concise And Pleasant Phone Persona
- Enjoy Helping People
- Reside In Either Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, Virginia Or West Virginia
- Have Above Average Spelling Skills
- Be Able To Type A Minimum Of 40wpm
- Enjoy Being A Team Player
- Have The Proper Internet To Work-From-Home (high-speed internet that can be plugged directly into a laptop.... no wifi allowed)
- Have The Proper Environment To Work-From-Home (separate, quiet workspace free from background noise & distraction)
- Be Flexible With Their Work Schedule
- Be Able To Work The Shifts Outlined (Thursday-Sunday 9p-7a EST. Flexibility Required)
- Be Able To Pass Both A Pre-Employment Drug Screen And Background Check (a requirement of employment)
