Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced barista to join our team in Tribeca. This is a full-time position, and open availability is required.

Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Franklin, and Denver.

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a specialty coffee or high-volume café environment. Bar experience is a plus!
• Proficiency in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art (hearts, tulips, rosettas, etc.)
• Knowledge of grind adjustment, dialing in espresso, and basic equipment troubleshooting (grinders, espresso machines)
• Ability to prepare consistent espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, cold brew, and specialty beverages
• Strong hospitality skills; able to engage guests in a warm, professional, and efficient manner
• Familiarity with coffee origins, roast profiles, and tasting notes
• Genuine passion for coffee and eagerness to continue learning
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment while maintaining drink quality and presentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with FOH/BOH staff, communicate clearly during service, and support teammates as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• A Valid NY Food Handler’s Certificate is required
• Flexible scheduling, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Hourly wage of $11 per hour, averaging $31 to $43 per hour including tips
