We are seeking a Director of Product, Personalization & Growth to lead the strategic development and execution of our core personalization and growth experiences across our Headspace offerings. The Director of Product, Personalization & Growth will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of our core personalization and growth experiences across Headspace. This leader will own the roadmap for foundational personalization systems (identity, preferences, events/feature store, recommendations, ranking, and experimentation), elevate search and discovery (query understanding, relevance, content taxonomy, and navigation), and set our global languages and localization strategy (internationalization, translation quality, cultural nuance, and accessibility). They will drive organic growth inside and outside the app through SEO/ASO, lifecycle and in-product activation, conversion funnel optimization, and content merchandisingrelentlessly improving activation, engagement, retention, and LTV while protecting brand trust. At Headspace, product leaders are expected to model experimentation with purpose, share feedback with care, and a deep commitment to the member journey. This role will require not only executional excellence, but courage, clarity, and curiosity to build whats next in mental health.
We are currently hiring this role in Seattle (Remote), San Francisco (hybrid), New York City (remote) and TX (remote). Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time and be based in these cities.
For candidates with a primary residence in the greater SF area, this role will follow our hybrid model. Youll work 3 days per week from our office, allowing for impactful in-office collaboration and connection, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work for the rest of the week. The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$287,500 + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are based on the job, level, and location, and reflect the lowest to highest geographic markets where we are hiring for this role within the United States. Within this range, individual compensation is determined by a candidates location as well as a range of factors including but not limited to: unique relevant experience, job-related skills, and education or training.
