About the Position:

We are currently accepting applications for both a Part-Time (Tu, Wed, Th) and a Full-time (Mon-Th) Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. A dedicated professional who is passionate about patient care and values a slower-paced approach to hygiene appointments to ensure quality and thoroughness is exactly what we're looking for. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of clinical experience and possesses a Laser Certification along with Open Dental Experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work individually with patients, spending two hours with new patients and one hour with returning patients, allowing you to build strong relationships and provide personalized care. We value our hygiene appointments and do not condense them just to meet quotas. Our focus is on quality, not quantity.

$93,500 - $105,800 yearly

• Make patients feel at ease and taken care of before, during, and after the appointment
• Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities
• Inform patients of all ages about how to care for their teeth by brushing and flossing on a regular basis
• Work with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental disease
• Look for signs of gum disease, infections, or cavities to ensure issues are caught early and can be treated

• Certified to perform CPR
• Superb customer service and communication skills
• Able to stand up for long periods of time to administer dental exams and procedures
• Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located

• Laser Certification and Experience (Preferred or will train)
