Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented Analyst to join our operations team. This role will focus on analyzing client-related data to drive efficiencies, strengthen internal processes, and support an exceptional client experience. The Analyst will focus on maintaining accurate client data, preparing reports, and assisting with projects that will help streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. This is an in-office position based in our Bangor, ME, location. Responsibilities Collect and review client-related data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Prepare routine reports and summaries for advisors and operations staff. Assist in maintaining data integrity within firm systems (CRM, billing software, portfolio management systems, etc.). Document and support improvements to operational workflows. Support ad-hoc projects and data requests as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; exposure to CRM or reporting tools a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
