About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Clinical to serve as a strategic partner to the Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer. This high-impact role is pivotal in maximizing the effectiveness of the Chief Clinical Officer by acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining leadership alignment, prioritizing key focus areas, and enabling the Clinical Leadership team. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic thought partner, serving as a leadership proxy in meetings, owning the coordination of the Clinical Department's OKRs and business reporting, and managing the preparation for all leadership meetings. The role also involves developing and delivering high-level reporting and insights to inform executive decision-making.

Applicants for the Chief of Staff, Clinical position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in healthcare, operations, consulting, service delivery, or strategy work, with a proven track record in a Chief of Staff or Strategy role supporting senior executives.
