We are a busy and growing automotive dealership seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team as  Office Manager / Controller / Title Clerk . This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the daily financial, administrative, and title operations of the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all office operations, including accounting, payroll, HR compliance, and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for ownership/management review
• Manage title work, including processing and verifying vehicle titles, registrations, and lien payoffs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding titling, DMV processes, and dealership financial reporting
• Supervise and support office staff, providing training and ensuring efficiency in workflow
• Collaborate with the sales and service departments to streamline paperwork and maintain accurate documentation
• Handle banking relationships, floorplan audits, and assist with year-end audit preparation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an  Automotive Office Manager, Controller, or Title Clerk (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting processes, title regulations, and DMV requirements
• Proficiency in dealership management software (Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar) QuickBooks, EXCEL, Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work effectively with all dealership departments
• Must have Quickbooks experience or Title Experience
