Job Description
Hiring assemblers of medical devices, adhering to specific procedures and manufacturing instructions to ensure high-quality production standards within a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.
Operate machinery and assemble medical manufacturing within a cleanroom.
Successfully complete training on production tasks, understand travelers/routers, and identify materials.
Utilize a microscope and production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds.
Operate tools and equipment, completing documentation as required.
Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks.
Collaborate directly with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality.
Assist Engineers in developing process documentation.
Conduct inventory counts.
Execute other duties as assigned, following verbal instructions.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in medical device assembly and production or small electronics.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing, production environment, or prototyping.
Prior microscope and medical assembly experience.
1st Shift (5:00am - 2:00pm) with overtime before the shift
2nd shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) with overtime after the shift

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
